Features · MCP
Your AI asks for it. You stay in charge.
MCP is the open standard AI assistants use to talk to other software. Prompt Verse speaks it, so your AI can search, read, render, update and commit.
Two ways to connect.
Inside Geenius OS, your workspace gets a tool called geenius_promptverse once Prompt Verse is installed: one connection for all your apps. On its own, Prompt Verse has an MCP address of its own that works with an API key or by signing in.
- Through Geenius OS: one connector, permissions and approvals per app
- Standalone: your Prompt Verse address, with a key or a sign-in
- Lean tool list: one tool per area, the detail on request

Honest note
What “run” means here.
- Pre-betaYour AI runs your prompts
It renders the prompt through Prompt Verse and runs the text on its own model and subscription.
- Not offeredPrompt Verse does not run a model
The run actions exist but are switched off in the pre-beta, together with the in-app AI features.
Questions
About connecting.
Which AI runs my prompts?
Yours. Prompt Verse has no built-in AI in the pre-beta. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP assistant and it reads, runs and improves your prompts on its own subscription. Composing, versioning, sharing and publishing need no AI at all.
Who runs the eval?
Your own AI. It reads the saved cases over MCP, runs the prompt, scores the answers and tells you the result in the conversation. Running an eval inside Prompt Verse, with the scored run kept in the app, is part of the AI features, which are switched off in the pre-beta.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. Prompt Verse offers an MCP connection, so your assistant can search, read, render, update and commit.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Add Prompt Verse as a connector in your assistant’s settings, paste your Prompt Verse address and sign in when it asks. The steps are in Use with your AI. Through Geenius OS it is one connector for all your apps.
Where do I make an API key?
In the app, under Connect, in the Keys section. A key is shown once when you make it, and you can revoke it at any time. Use a key for clients that cannot sign in.
